UK Orders: Dispatched using Royal Mail.
Customers in England, Scotland, and Wales can choose either Standard delivery or Express delivery.

For our Standard delivery option we use Royal Mail's Signed For first-class service, and for our Express option we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.
International orders: For international orders we use Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Please contact hello@afriendsfriend.co.uk if your country is not listed.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional duties upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for these additional costs. Also, both shipping fees and any incurred duties are non-refundable.
Returns
We hope you love everything you order from us, but if you're unhappy with your order then please get in contact.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start the return process, reach out to us at hello@afriendsfriend.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For all returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping fees. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchanged item back to you. To ensure a secure shipping process, we recommend using a carrier that can provide a tracking number. A Friend's Friend is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
