I'm currently based in Bristol, UK, and your order will be shipped from my studio.

All of our products are produced to order. Each product listing will detail how long the item will take to produce, and it will be shipped shortly thereafter.

When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number which you can use on the Royal Mail website.

In all instances we recommend starting with a gentle approach first. You can always clean your jewellery by using warm water and dish soap, and then polish with a microfibre cloth. If your jewellery is polished silver or gold then you can use silver or gold polish to restore its shine. This will also remove any tarnish from your jewellery.
